The website offers free articles and printables, topics ranging from evidence on circumcision to water births, birthing positions, and whether to induce or schedule a c-section for a big baby.


  • The International Breastfeeding Centre offers evidence-based information. This information is easy to follow and offers real, practical breastfeeding help. The website features information sheets and videos on everything from starting right to blocked ducts and mastitis, and herbal remedies for milk supply.
